Zeekr Intelligent Technology Malaysia has officially opened bookings for the refreshed 2026 Zeekr X, introducing a more refined and feature-rich version of its premium urban electric SUV. Designed around the brand’s “Boldly Yours” philosophy, the latest Zeekr X brings together enhanced performance, advanced technology, and greater everyday practicality to appeal to modern Malaysian drivers seeking a sophisticated electric mobility experience.

The updated model receives a comprehensive range of improvements across both the Premium and Flagship variants. These upgrades include a redesigned cabin, additional standard equipment, and several features rarely found within the segment. Among the highlights are automatic front doors, an integrated refrigerator, an intelligent interactive B-pillar, a multifunction steering wheel with touch-sensitive controls, and an expanded 404-litre luggage compartment that improves day-to-day usability.

For enthusiasts looking for exhilarating performance, the Zeekr X Flagship AWD delivers a substantial boost in output, producing 365kW and 573Nm of torque. This allows the electric SUV to sprint from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.7 seconds. The flagship variant also benefits from faster 22kW AC onboard charging, enabling a full charge in approximately four hours, while offering a WLTP-rated driving range of up to 445km.

Luxury and exclusivity are further enhanced with ventilated and massage-equipped front seats, a sporty black interior accented by red seatbelts, newly designed 20-inch black forged wheels, and exclusive exterior finishes such as Onyx Black and Matte Khaki Green.

Meanwhile, the Zeekr X Premium RWD focuses on delivering an ideal balance between performance, comfort, and efficiency. Powered by a rear-wheel-drive setup generating 250kW and 373Nm, the Premium variant offers a WLTP range of up to 415km. It is equipped with 11kW onboard AC charging, allowing a full recharge in around 7.5 hours.

Inside, the Premium model introduces a stylish white-and-black dual-tone cabin, complemented by new 19-inch wheels and a head-up display (HUD) that enhances driver convenience. Buyers can also choose the exclusive new Porcelain Pink exterior colour, adding a fresh and expressive option to the line-up.

Safety remains a key focus for the Zeekr X. Both variants come equipped with a seven-airbag system and a comprehensive Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). The vehicle utilises five high-definition cameras, five millimetre-wave radars, and twelve ultrasonic sensors to provide enhanced situational awareness and support a safer driving experience.

According to Eddy Lu, General Manager of Zeekr Intelligent Technology Malaysia, the latest upgrades have been carefully developed to meet the growing expectations of EV buyers who value innovation, premium design, performance, and practicality in equal measure.

Expected to be priced between RM160,000 and RM180,000, the 2026 Zeekr X strengthens Zeekr’s position in Malaysia’s rapidly expanding electric vehicle market. Customers can now place their bookings at Zeekr showrooms nationwide and will also have the opportunity to experience the new model firsthand at the upcoming Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show (KLIMS) 2026, taking place at MITEC from 12 to 21 June.
