Porsche owners in Sarawak now have easier access to authorised aftersales support with the commencement of operations of the new Porsche Service Centre Kuching. The facility, operated through a partnership between Porsche Malaysia, represented by Sime Darby Auto Performance Sdn. Bhd., and Hap Seng Prestige, marks an important step in strengthening Porsche’s aftersales presence in East Malaysia.

Located in Kuching, the new 1S Service Centre provides maintenance, diagnostics and repair services for Porsche vehicles, allowing customers in Sarawak to have their cars serviced closer to home. The facility is staffed by Porsche-trained technicians and equipped to global Porsche-certified standards. The appointment of Hap Seng Prestige also builds on Hap Seng Group’s longstanding experience in the automotive industry. With established expertise in premium vehicle retail and aftersales operations, the partnership is intended to provide Porsche customers in Sarawak with the same level of technical expertise and customer care expected from the brand.

Designed around the Porsche ownership experience, Porsche Service Centre Kuching features a dedicated customer lounge and a two-bay workshop. Specialised diagnostic systems and workshop equipment are available to support vehicle servicing, while Genuine Porsche Parts are supplied through Porsche’s global network to ensure vehicles are maintained according to the marque’s standards.

To mark the opening, Porsche is also hosting an exclusive Service Clinic for Porsche owners in Sarawak. The programme includes a complimentary 111-point inspection, giving customers a detailed assessment of their vehicle’s overall condition. Customers attending the Service Clinic will also have the opportunity to purchase Porsche Approved Warranty packages, providing additional peace of mind for their ownership experience.
