Suzuki Cars Malaysia is making it easier for Malaysians to upgrade to a new Suzuki with the appointment of CARSOME Malaysia as its exclusive official trade-in partner.

The new collaboration brings CARSOME’s vehicle inspection, valuation and trade-in services directly into Suzuki’s authorised dealership network nationwide. Customers will be able to trade in their existing vehicle regardless of make or model when purchasing a new Suzuki, eliminating the hassle of selling their current car separately before making the switch.

The partnership is designed to address one of the more time-consuming aspects of buying a new vehicle, while giving customers greater confidence through a more transparent and data-driven valuation process.

Mohd Rizal Jailan, Chief Executive Officer of Naza Automotive Group, said the initiative reflects the company’s efforts to make the Suzuki ownership experience more convenient.

“Buying a new car should be exciting, and not complicated,” he said. “Together with CARSOME, we are making it easier for customers to realise the value of their existing vehicle and transition into a new Suzuki with greater convenience and confidence.”

CARSOME Co-Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer Eric Cheng said the partnership would help create a more connected automotive ecosystem by bringing the buying and selling processes together.

According to Cheng, customers should no longer have to manage separate processes when selling their current vehicle and purchasing another, with the collaboration combining Suzuki’s nationwide dealership presence with CARSOME’s inspection, valuation and trade-in capabilities.

The official Suzuki-CARSOME trade-in programme will be progressively rolled out across all authorised Suzuki dealerships nationwide.

The partnership also arrives alongside Suzuki Cars Malaysia’s Merdeka Mega Bonanza Campaign, which runs throughout August and September 2026.

Customers purchasing selected Suzuki models can enjoy rebates of up to RM19,000, along with additional trade-in support of up to RM6,900 when their existing vehicle is traded in through CARSOME.

The campaign covers a range of Suzuki models, including the Swift Sport, Fronx, Fronx Sport, Jimny AllGrip Pro, Jimny 5-Door and the recently introduced Suzuki e VITARA.

Adding further incentive to the campaign is a lucky draw featuring six grand prizes. These comprise two iPhone 17 smartphones, two Google Pixel 10 smartphones and two Samsung Galaxy S26 smartphones.

There are also nine consolation prizes, with each winner receiving RM200 in Touch ‘n Go eWallet credits.

Customers looking to experience the new trade-in programme can do so at the Naza Automania Carnival – Merdeka Edition, which will take place from 14 to 16 August 2026.

The event will provide visitors with an opportunity to explore Suzuki’s current model range, obtain vehicle valuations from CARSOME and take advantage of campaign-exclusive promotions. A selection of family-friendly activities will also be available throughout the three-day carnival.

Suzuki’s popular Jimny Community Gathering will form part of the event as well, with the Best Looking Jimny Competition scheduled for 15 August.

With the Suzuki-CARSOME partnership now extending the trade-in process into Suzuki dealerships, customers can potentially complete more of their vehicle upgrade journey under one roof, from valuing their existing car to selecting their next Suzuki.

The official trade-in programme and Merdeka Mega Bonanza Campaign are available at authorised Suzuki dealerships nationwide throughout August and September 2026.
