As Malaysia’s electric vehicle market continues to gather pace, Proton e.MAS has taken another significant step in enhancing its customer experience by completing the rollout of its latest Corporate Identity (CI) across six newly designed showrooms nationwide.

The expansion represents more than just a visual refresh. It reflects the brand’s ambition to create a consistent, premium retail experience while reinforcing its position as Malaysia’s leading xEV brand. With the addition of the six new facilities, Proton e.MAS now operates a network of 58 dealerships, complemented by 45 service centres and 10 Body & Paint centres across the country, ensuring customers have convenient access to sales, servicing and aftersales support wherever they are.

The newly unveiled showrooms are operated by AJG Mobility in Bukit Jalil, MBf EV Auto in Jalan Sultan Ismail, Dunia Auto in Temerloh, Promas EV in Batu Pahat, BH Autotech in Taiping, and GB Auto in Kulim.

According to PRO-NET Chief Executive Officer Zhang Qiang, the new Corporate Identity marks the next chapter in the evolution of the Proton e.MAS brand, with customer experience placed firmly at the centre of its retail strategy.

He explained that the redesigned dealerships are intended to provide customers with a welcoming environment that inspires confidence from the moment they arrive, reflecting the brand’s continued growth and commitment to delivering a seamless ownership journey.

The refreshed retail concept embraces a clean and contemporary design language, combining simplicity, comfort and innovation. Warm natural finishes, carefully selected colours and improved lighting create a more inviting atmosphere, while expansive full-height glass façades maximise natural daylight, giving the showrooms a spacious and modern feel.

Beyond aesthetics, the new showroom concept has also been designed with future growth in mind. Each facility spans approximately 950 to 1,400 square metres, providing additional space to display more vehicles while expanding aftersales operations. The larger footprint allows dealers to increase service capacity, accommodate more technical specialists and reduce waiting times for customers.

The completion of the nationwide CI rollout forms part of Proton e.MAS’ long-term strategy to strengthen its retail network while supporting the growing adoption of electric mobility in Malaysia. As demand for EVs continues to rise, the company aims to ensure that customers enjoy a consistent and high-quality experience, whether purchasing a vehicle or returning for servicing.
