One year after officially establishing its presence in Malaysia, Hyundai Motor Malaysia (HMY) is commemorating the milestone with a three-month anniversary campaign designed to reward customers and strengthen its growing relationship with Malaysian motorists.

Running from 1 July to 30 September 2026, the campaign combines attractive purchase incentives, aftersales benefits, lucky draw opportunities and customer engagement activities across Hyundai dealerships nationwide.

According to Hyundai Motor Malaysia President, Eric Lee, the company’s first year in Malaysia represents an important chapter in Hyundai’s expansion within Southeast Asia. He noted that the brand’s progress has been driven by the support and trust of Malaysian customers, while reaffirming Hyundai’s commitment to delivering innovative mobility solutions and customer-focused experiences.

Meanwhile, Hyundai Motor Malaysia Managing Director, Jahabarnisa Haja Mohideen, described the anniversary as a celebration of the customers who have supported the brand since its local launch. She highlighted that every vehicle purchase, showroom visit and interaction has contributed to Hyundai’s growth in Malaysia, adding that the campaign serves as a gesture of appreciation to its customers.

As part of the anniversary promotion, buyers of selected Hyundai SANTA FE, STARIA and TUCSON models can choose between two promotional packages. The Total Drive Reward Package offers up to 16 per cent cash rebate, eight complimentary scheduled service appointments covering both labour and parts, as well as fuel subsidies of up to RM5,000 on selected models. Customers looking for immediate savings can alternatively opt for the Instant Saving Package, which provides cash rebates of up to RM36,000 off the vehicle’s recommended retail price.

Beyond vehicle purchase incentives, Hyundai is also introducing the “Durian Runtuh Berganda-ganda!” campaign. Customers who book or register any new Hyundai vehicle during the campaign period will be automatically entered into a grand prize draw to win a brand-new Hyundai STARGAZER. The compact MPV, recently previewed in Malaysia, has been positioned by Hyundai as a practical family-oriented “WEhicle” tailored for shared journeys and everyday mobility.

Additional rewards are available through the Monthly Lucky 7 Winners Campaign, where customers participating through test drives, bookings or vehicle registrations stand a chance to win a share of RM10,000 in Touch ‘n Go eWallet credits.

The anniversary campaign is further complemented by Hyundai’s myHyundaiCare aftersales programme. All newly purchased Hyundai vehicles continue to be backed by an eight-year or 160,000km warranty package, providing added assurance for owners throughout their ownership experience.
