Cycle & Carriage has officially expanded its presence in Malaysia’s automotive retail landscape with the opening of its first Kia flagship 3S Centre in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. The new facility marks the company’s debut within Kia’s dealer network following its recent appointment as an authorised dealer partner by Kia Sales Malaysia.
The launch represents an important step in strengthening Kia’s retail and aftersales network in the country, while allowing Cycle & Carriage to bring its established customer service and automotive expertise to Kia owners and prospective buyers.
Located in Temasya Industrial Park, the new Kia Cycle & Carriage Glenmarie 3S Centre spans 20,839 square feet and is designed to offer a comprehensive ownership experience under one roof. The facility combines vehicle sales, aftersales support, servicing and parts operations, providing customers with convenient access to a full range of automotive services.
The showroom occupies 5,511 square feet and has the capacity to display up to five vehicles. A dedicated customer lounge covering 2,067 square feet offers a comfortable environment for visitors, while the service centre is equipped with 20 work bays to support maintenance and repair requirements. The facility has also been prepared with EV charging-ready infrastructure to accommodate the growing adoption of electrified vehicles.
Designed according to Kia’s latest global Store Identity 2.0 concept, the showroom features a contemporary retail environment that emphasises technology, customer engagement and premium hospitality. Highlights include digital display areas, a dedicated hero vehicle exhibition space for Kia’s flagship models, and flexible consultation zones that support personalised interactions between customers and sales representatives.
Cycle & Carriage Malaysia CEO Adrian Short said the new centre reflects the company’s commitment to delivering a complete ownership experience that extends beyond vehicle purchase. He noted that the partnership with Kia Sales Malaysia combines Kia’s global retail standards with Cycle & Carriage’s experience in customer care and aftersales support, creating greater convenience and accessibility for customers throughout their ownership journey.
Kia Sales Malaysia Managing Director Emily Lek described dealerships as a crucial touchpoint in building long-term customer relationships and trust in the brand. She highlighted that the company’s strategy focuses on strengthening every stage of the ownership experience, from vehicle delivery to aftersales support, and expressed confidence that Cycle & Carriage’s customer-focused approach aligns well with Kia’s ambitions in Malaysia.
The opening of the Kia Cycle & Carriage Glenmarie 3S Centre further enhances Kia’s retail and service presence in the country. As the brand continues to expand its model range and customer base, the new facility is expected to play a key role in supporting both existing and future Kia owners with sales, servicing and ownership-related needs.
The centre is located at No. 1, Jalan Pelukis U1/46, Temasya Industrial Park, Section U1, Shah Alam, Selangor. The showroom operates daily, while the service centre is open from Monday to Saturday.
