The official launch of GEN-O Malaysia took place on 20 June 2026 and attracted more than 250 guests, alongside approximately 135 OMODA | JAECOO vehicles. Guests at the launch enjoyed a lively atmosphere featuring football-themed interactive games inspired by the excitement of this summer’s major international football tournament. One of the event’s standout attractions was the appearance of the AIMOGA humanoid robot. The advanced robotic platform demonstrated OMODA’s vision for future mobility and customer interaction, showcasing how artificial intelligence and human-machine engagement could play a greater role in enhancing future ownership experiences and lifestyle ecosystems.
The launch event also provided GEN-O members with an exclusive first look at the upcoming OMODA C7, which is scheduled to arrive in the Malaysian market in the coming months.

The SUV features a bold exterior highlighted by a distinctive shark-nose front fascia, sleek LED lighting signatures, and a body-coloured parametric grille. Its futuristic character is further enhanced by a unique illuminated hexagonal lighting pattern, while sculpted body lines and athletic proportions give the vehicle a confident and commanding road presence.
