DENZA has strengthened its presence in Malaysia with the opening of DENZA Balakong by Wing Hin Elegant, a new 4S centre that brings vehicle sales, aftersales servicing, and authorised body and paint services under one roof. Located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, the facility expands the brand’s reach across the southern Klang Valley, giving customers a dedicated destination to explore its luxury new energy vehicle lineup, including the DENZA D9, DENZA B8 and DENZA Z9GT. The opening also marks another step in DENZA’s efforts to develop its retail and aftersales network nationwide.
Spanning approximately 3,000 square metres, DENZA Balakong is among the three largest DENZA dealer facilities in Malaysia by overall footprint. Around 650 square metres of the facility is allocated to vehicle displays, providing visitors with ample space to view the brand’s models. The showroom features seven display bays spread across two floors, complemented by a dedicated 61-square-metre vehicle delivery room. Beyond the sales area, the centre is equipped with seven bays for mechanical servicing and wheel alignment, as well as dedicated body and paint facilities to support customers throughout vehicle ownership.
The facility also incorporates several elements designed to reflect DENZA’s identity and create a more welcoming customer experience. Local-inspired artwork and a dedicated milestone wall showcase the brand’s story, while a customer lounge, complimentary coffee station and VIP room provide additional spaces for visitors to relax during their appointments. Looking ahead, the showroom is also scheduled to receive BYD Flash Charging facilities, further enhancing the charging options available to customers as Malaysia’s electric vehicle infrastructure continues to develop.
The dealership’s expansion is supported by a sales team recognised for its performance and customer service. Amelia Choo and Seow Fock Keong were named DENZA Elite Members in the first and second quarters of 2026, respectively. Their recognition reflects their sales achievements and commitment to developing product knowledge, engaging customers and delivering a positive ownership experience.

The dealership hopes to establish the facility as a destination for the surrounding community through activities and customer experiences that encourage visitors to engage with the brand. Alongside its sales and aftersales operations, the aim is to build lasting relationships with customers beyond the initial vehicle purchase.

The latest opening further develops its retail presence and strengthens access to aftersales maintenance and body and paint services.
