GWM Malaysia is gearing up for a major presence at the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show (KLIMS) 2026, where it will present its comprehensive range of mobility solutions under the theme “For Every User, For Every Journey.” Taking place at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur, the event will serve as a platform for the automaker to demonstrate how its diverse vehicle portfolio caters to the evolving needs of Malaysian drivers.

As one of the country’s most important automotive and mobility exhibitions, KLIMS 2026 provides GWM Malaysia with an opportunity to highlight its multi-brand and multi-powertrain strategy. The company’s showcase is designed to reflect a variety of real-world lifestyles, offering mobility solutions that span urban commuting, family transportation, premium travel, and outdoor adventure.

Visitors to the GWM booth will be able to explore a lineup that includes the HAVAL H6 HEV, an intelligent hybrid SUV tailored for modern families, and the WEY G9 Hi4 PHEV, a premium plug-in hybrid MPV that blends efficiency, comfort, and advanced technology. Also on display will be the TANK 300 HEV and TANK 500 HEV, both of which combine off-road capability with hybrid powertrains, while the ORA Good Cat will represent the brand’s commitment to stylish and connected urban electric mobility.

Adding to the excitement, GWM Malaysia will offer a first look at two new electrified models that are set to join its growing portfolio. While details remain under wraps, the preview will provide visitors with insight into the company’s future direction and ongoing innovation in sustainable transportation.

According to Managing Director Cui Anqi, KLIMS represents an important opportunity for GWM Malaysia to strengthen its connection with consumers across the country. He noted that mobility requirements in Malaysia are becoming increasingly diverse, ranging from compact city driving to family-oriented and lifestyle-focused transportation needs. GWM aims to demonstrate how its intelligent mobility ecosystem is built to support these changing demands while combining global technological expertise with local market understanding.

Chief Operating Officer Roslan Abdullah emphasized that Malaysian consumers are becoming more selective, seeking vehicles that deliver both value and advanced technology. He explained that GWM’s focus remains on ensuring that its products provide practical benefits in everyday use while being backed by a dependable ownership experience. Through its participation at KLIMS, the company intends to highlight not only its vehicles but also its service capabilities and broader technology ecosystem.

GWM’s long-term strategy extends beyond individual models, encompassing a diversified range of technologies that includes hybrid electric vehicles (HEV), plug-in hybrids (PHEV), battery electric vehicles (BEV), and future energy solutions. This approach reinforces the company’s vision of offering flexible, intelligent, and future-ready mobility options for Malaysian consumers.

Beyond the vehicle displays, visitors can expect a highly interactive experience at the GWM booth. Activities throughout the event will include test drives, technology demonstrations, interactive games, lucky draws, exclusive booking promotions, and engagement opportunities for the growing GWM owner community.

GWM Malaysia’s full lineup will be on display during KLIMS 2026, beginning with Media Day on 11 June 2026 and opening to the public from 12 to 21 June 2026.
