Global sportswear giant PUMA has entered a multi-year global partnership with McLaren Racing, bringing together two performance-driven brands rooted in innovation, speed, and community. The collaboration aims to connect fans more closely with the world of motorsport while delivering cutting-edge teamwear and lifestyle collections inspired by racing culture.
As McLaren Racing’s official teamwear partner, PUMA will design and supply performance kit across the entire McLaren Racing portfolio. This includes the McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team, Arrow McLaren IndyCar Team, both McLaren Racing entries in F1 Academy, the McLaren F1 Sim Racing Team, and from 2027 onwards, the McLaren United AS WEC Hypercar Team. The partnership reflects a shared ambition to push boundaries on and off the track.
PUMA CEO Arthur Hoeld highlighted the significance of the collaboration, noting the brand’s long heritage in motorsports and its work with legendary teams and drivers over the decades. Welcoming McLaren Racing—fresh off its 2025 Constructors’ and Drivers’ Championship success—marks a new chapter for PUMA as it continues to strengthen its presence in elite racing while engaging fans worldwide through innovative and inspiring collections.
Central to the partnership is the launch of two distinct apparel ranges. The Replica Collection is designed around McLaren Racing’s iconic papaya colourway and mirrors the official clothing worn by drivers and team personnel at race weekends. Built for fans who want to make a bold statement, the collection embodies the spirit of “Race Louder” wherever it’s worn.
Complementing this is the Lifestyle Collection, created for fans who carry their passion for speed beyond the circuit. Drawing inspiration from McLaren Racing’s rich motorsport legacy, the range blends heritage influences with modern streetwear aesthetics, reimagining classic silhouettes through a contemporary design lens.
The partnership goes beyond apparel, with immersive fan experiences planned to bring the excitement of racing closer than ever. Through exclusive events and special product drops, PUMA and McLaren Racing aim to fuse sport, style, and innovation in unexpected ways. The first of these experiences is set to debut at the opening round of the Formula 1 season in Australia, with more details to be revealed soon.
McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown welcomed the collaboration, pointing to the growing crossover between motorsport, fashion, and lifestyle brands. He emphasized that PUMA’s creative approach and global reach will help elevate McLaren Racing’s fanwear offering, allowing supporters to express their passion both at the track and in everyday life.
The PUMA x McLaren Racing Lifestyle Collection is now available, priced from RM129 to RM529. The Replica Collection will follow from 2 February, available at selected PUMA stores, JD Sports, Foot Locker, and online via PUMA.com.
