Mercedes-Benz Malaysia recently marked a significant milestone in its commitment to nurturing world-class automotive talent with the graduation of 42 technicians from its prestigious Advanced Modern Apprenticeship (AMA) Program. The event also honoured 37 retail personnel from Malaysia and Singapore for achieving Mercedes-Benz Professional Certifications, highlighting the brand’s ongoing dedication to excellence across its Customer Services Network.

The graduates completed a rigorous three-year AMA Program, joining the ranks of more than 950 apprentices trained by the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Training Academy since 1984. The graduation ceremony brought together representatives from Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, authorised retail partners, and family members of the graduates to celebrate this achievement.

Designed to meet global standards in automotive service, the AMA Program equips apprentices with multiple internationally recognised certifications and a guaranteed four-year employment opportunity within Mercedes-Benz’s Service Network. This network currently boasts over 1,000 skilled service professionals across Malaysia, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service nationwide.

The brand also celebrated 37 retail personnel who achieved professional certifications in areas such as C-Management, Certified Service Advisor, and Certified Diagnostic Technician. These credentials reflect Mercedes-Benz’s structured career development framework, designed to encourage continuous upskilling in line with advancements in electrification, mobility, and automotive technologies.
