The Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show (KLIMS) is gearing up for its 11th edition, scheduled from 12 to 21 June 2026 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC). Under the theme “Beyond Mobility,” KLIMS 2026 promises to spotlight the latest advancements in transportation, from electrification and alternative energy solutions to smart mobility innovations, further cementing its role as Malaysia’s premier automotive and mobility showcase.

Malaysia is rapidly transitioning toward a low-carbon, tech-driven mobility ecosystem, supported by national strategies emphasizing sustainable transport, green technology, digitalisation, and high-value investments. The government’s focus on electrification, intelligent infrastructure, and public-private collaboration is driving breakthroughs in connectivity, automation, and urban mobility solutions. KLIMS 2026 will act as a key platform to highlight these developments, bringing together innovators, industry leaders, policymakers, and consumers to explore Malaysia’s potential as a regional hub for next-generation mobility.

Organised by the Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA) in collaboration with Qube Integrated Malaysia, KLIMS 2026 continues its partnership with the Malaysia Automotive Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii), under the Ministry of Investment, Trade & Industry (MITI). MARii will play a strategic role in advancing automotive ecosystems in line with the National Automotive Policy (NAP) 2020.

“The 2024 edition of KLIMS attracted over 183,000 visitors and featured more than 70 top automotive and mobility brands,” said Mr. Mohd Shamsor bin Mohd Zain, President of MAA. “KLIMS 2026, with its ‘Beyond Mobility’ theme, aims to engage even more audiences, inspiring Malaysians to embrace innovation, sustainability, and the limitless possibilities of modern mobility.”

Echoing this vision, Mr. Richard Teo, Executive Chairman of Qube Integrated Malaysia, shared, “KLIMS 2026 will be more than static displays — it will combine interactive showcases, live technology demonstrations, and networking opportunities across 10 exhibition days and eight halls. Our goal is to create the most engaging and commercially impactful edition yet, where visitors leave inspired and exhibitors gain meaningful business opportunities.”

KLIMS 2026 will host a diverse lineup of global and local brands, including AION, Audi, BMW, BYD, DENZA, GAC, GWM, Honda, Hyundai, Jetour, Kia, Mazda, MG Motor, Nissan, Perodua, Proton, Proton e.MAS, smart, Toyota, Volkswagen, XPENG, and Zeekr, with more participants to be announced. Visitors can look forward to interactive attractions such as show-exclusive diecast models, merchandise, obstacle test drives, esports racing, car club meet-ups, live entertainment, and food trucks. Public access will be complimentary on weekdays, with full-priced admission during weekends and public holidays.

In addition, KLIMS 2026 will host the KLIMS Run 2026 as part of its “Beyond Mobility” initiative, further enhancing the show’s engagement with the public. The event is proudly supported by leading industry associations, including the Automotive Federation Malaysia (AFM), Motorcycle and Scooter Assemblers and Distributors Association of Malaysia (MASAAM), and the Malaysian Automotive Component Parts Manufacturers Association (MACPMA).

As part of Tourism Malaysia’s Visit Malaysia Year 2026 (VMY 2026), KLIMS 2026 underscores Malaysia’s growing reputation as a global hub for innovation, hospitality, and business opportunities in the mobility sector.
