iCAUR Malaysia has officially previewed its latest all-electric SUV, the iCAUR V23, signaling the brand’s continued commitment to expanding its footprint in the country’s growing EV landscape. The preview, held at The Starhill in Kuala Lumpur, showcased the right-hand-drive (RHD) version of the model following its global debut at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025.
According to Daniel Lai, Marketing Director of iCAUR Malaysia, the V23 builds upon the strong foundation laid by the iCAUR 03. “The iCAUR 03 set a strong foundation in Malaysia by delivering our brand’s Born to Play promise of top-tier fully electric off-road performance, advanced chassis engineering, and intuitive connectivity,” he said. “Building on this momentum, the new iCAUR V23 introduces a refined blend of retro-inspired design, adventure-ready capability, and intelligent technology packages that resonate with Malaysian consumers.”
Lai added that the V23 is aimed at those “young at heart, trend-aware, and socially connected — individuals who view their vehicle as an extension of their dynamic, adventurous lifestyle.”
The iCAUR V23 blends a retro-inspired design with modern technology, paying homage to classic off-road icons while embracing futuristic electric mobility. Compact yet bold, the C-segment SUV measures 4,220 mm in length, 1,915 mm in width, and 1,845 mm in height, with a 2,735 mm wheelbase. Its boxy proportions and high ground clearance project a rugged, capable stance that’s equally at home in urban streets or off-road trails.
The SUV is available in two variants — a rear-wheel-drive (2WD) model and an intelligent all-wheel-drive (iWD) version. The 2WD variant features a single motor producing 136 PS and 180 Nm of torque, powered by a 59.9 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery. Meanwhile, the iWD version offers a dual-motor setup generating 211 PS and 292 Nm of torque, supported by an 81.8 kWh ternary lithium (NMC) battery.
On a full charge, the V23 2WD delivers a maximum driving range of 401 km (NEDC), while the iWD variant extends that to 501 km. The 2WD model sprints from 0–100 km/h in 11 seconds, while the more powerful iWD does it in just 7.5 seconds — both limited to a top speed of 140 km/h.
Charging performance is equally flexible: the 2WD supports up to 85 kW DC fast charging, while the iWD can handle up to 104 kW. Both come equipped with 6.6 kW AC charging capability. A practical 3.3 kW Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) feature also allows the V23 to power electrical appliances, making it ideal for camping or outdoor activities.
The V23’s chassis features MacPherson strut front suspension and a multi-link rear setup, offering a well-balanced ride that’s both comfortable and controlled. Wheel options differ by variant — 19-inch wheels (255/55 R19 tyres) for the 2WD and 21-inch wheels (265/45 R21 tyres) for the iWD.
Inside, the cabin continues the retro-meets-modern theme with rotary control knobs, a high-roof design for better visibility, and a full-HD 540-degree Transparent Chassis Camera system for enhanced situational awareness. The SUV also includes Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), featuring adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, and autonomous emergency braking.
Set for its official launch in Q4 2025, the iCAUR V23 is estimated to be priced from RM145,000 for the 2WD variant and RM155,000 for the AWD version. Bookings are now open for those eager to be among the first to experience iCAUR’s electrified off-road adventure.

In line with the launch, iCAUR Malaysia announced plans to expand its presence nationwide — targeting 18 sales points and nine full-service centres by the end of 2025, including outlets in Sabah and Sarawak.
The public can experience the iCAUR V23 firsthand from 29 October to 2 November 2025 at the Starhill Piazza, Kuala Lumpur. The showcase will feature skateboarding demos, live dance performances, and the “iCAUR V23 iFUN” social media contest, offering visitors the chance to win exclusive merchandise and prizes.
