OMODA I JAECOO has achieved another major milestone in its global journey, recording an impressive 32,840 vehicle sales in September 2025, marking a new export record and reinforcing its rapid rise as a key player in the international automotive scene.

Since its inception just 29 months ago, the dual-brand group has surpassed a cumulative 630,000 global sales — a remarkable feat for a relatively young automaker. Between January and September 2025 alone, OMODA I JAECOO recorded 244,522 units sold, representing a 39% year-on-year increase and highlighting its accelerating global momentum.

OMODA I JAECOO’s growth in September was not limited to one region — it reflected a truly global surge in demand.

In Latin America, markets such as Brazil and Mexico continued to strengthen the brand’s foothold. By tailoring products to local driving conditions and consumer preferences, OMODA I JAECOO achieved consistent growth. Notably, Mexico recorded a 40% month-on-month increase, becoming a major driver of regional performance.

Meanwhile, in Southeast Asia, Thailand stood out as a star market with over 4,000 units sold in a single month — a new national record for the brand. Strategic adjustments in vehicle space, comfort, and cost-effectiveness paid off, resonating strongly with Thai consumers seeking practical yet stylish vehicles.

Over in Europe, OMODA I JAECOO defied the broader industry slowdown. The brand exported 11,663 vehicles to Europe in September alone, thanks to its commitment to quality, innovation, and compliance with Europe’s stringent safety and environmental standards. These efforts have helped build solid trust among European buyers.

A major contributor to OMODA I JAECOO’s record-breaking performance has been its New Energy Vehicle (NEV) lineup. In September, NEV sales hit 18,999 units, making up 57% of total exports.

From January to September, NEV sales surpassed 110,000 units, underscoring the brand’s strength in electrification. Among the standout performers is the O5 SHS-H, a fast-rising favorite among younger buyers thanks to its modern design, advanced intelligent tech, and high-efficiency hybrid system.

The J7 SHS also maintained strong momentum, with 6,471 units sold in September and a cumulative 70,000 units sold in 2025. The model is now available across ten countries — including the UK, Spain, Italy, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Brazil, and Mexico — showcasing the brand’s growing global reach.

Central to their success is the Super Hybrid System (SHS) powertrain, delivering ultra-low fuel consumption, long-range efficiency, and smooth transitions between electric and fuel modes. This balance of performance and practicality has become a key selling point across diverse markets.

OMODA is also setting new benchmarks in performance with the debut of the OMODA 9 SHS, its premium hybrid flagship. Featuring Quad-Motor AWD PHEV technology, it delivers an impressive 395 kW and 650 Nm of torque, allowing acceleration from 0–100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds.

This next-generation hybrid will make its dynamic debut at the Chery User Summit 2025, where it will undergo high-performance trials including slalom and straight-line acceleration tests, demonstrating OMODA’s engineering prowess.

The continued success of OMODA I JAECOO lies in its dual-brand strategy.

OMODA focuses on crossover innovation — blending SUV ruggedness with sedan-like comfort and a youthful, dynamic design that appeals to modern urban consumers.

JAECOO, on the other hand, upholds the philosophy of “From Classic, Beyond Classic”, targeting the off-road luxury segment with powerful, adventure-ready vehicles that combine robust performance with premium interiors.

Together, the brands now offer a comprehensive product lineup covering sedans, SUVs, and off-road vehicles, fulfilling a wide range of customer demands worldwide.

Beyond vehicle sales, OMODA I JAECOO continues to invest in intelligent mobility and user experience. Collaborating with the AiMOGA team, the brand introduced the “Mojia Robot”, an innovative AI-driven companion that reflects its forward-thinking approach to smart mobility and user interaction.

In October 2025, the company launched the OMODA I JAECOO User Ecosystem Conference under the theme “CO-CREATE-DEFINE”, reinforcing its commitment to co-developing products with users and enhancing brand engagement through shared innovation.
