Proton has rolled out its latest customer care initiative, the “Servis Ihsan MADANI” Service Campaign, a nationwide programme designed to reduce vehicle ownership costs while strengthening road safety awareness among Malaysians. Running from 11 September to 11 November 2025, the campaign is organised in partnership with the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Costs of Living (KPDN) under the Malaysia MADANI framework.

Targeting owners of Proton’s PIES models — Persona, Iriz, Exora and Saga — the campaign offers special service packages at fixed promotional prices: RM145 for the Semi-Synthetic Package and RM198 for the Fully Synthetic Package. These rates translate into savings of up to 30% compared to standard prices, making routine servicing more accessible for customers.

Beyond cost savings, Proton is also placing strong emphasis on safety. Every participating customer will receive a complimentary 40-point safety inspection at authorised Proton service centres nationwide. The inspection covers vital areas such as brakes, batteries, and wipers, ensuring cars are in optimal condition and enhancing driver confidence on the road.

Commenting on the campaign, Ainol Azmil Abu Bakar, Covering Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Proton, said: “The Servis Ihsan MADANI campaign is part of Proton’s broader commitment to making vehicle ownership more accessible and worry-free for Malaysians. By aligning our after-sales initiatives with the aspirations of the Malaysia MADANI programme, we are not only improving affordability but also promoting safety and responsibility on the road.”

Adding to this, Wan Hazran Wan Mustafa, Director of After Sales at Proton Edar, highlighted the value offered to customers: “Customers can enjoy a very affordable service package even compared to independent workshops. Moreover, we will carry out a free 40-point safety inspection for customers’ peace of mind. Proton is always committed to delivering utmost customer satisfaction.”

With this initiative, Proton continues to reaffirm its role not just as a national automaker but also as a partner in driving safer, smarter, and more affordable mobility for Malaysians.

The “Servis Ihsan MADANI” Service Campaign is available at all authorised Proton service centres nationwide until 11 November 2025. Customers can learn more or book appointments through www.proton.com or by contacting their nearest Proton service outlet.
