Great Wall Motor (GWM) Malaysia is celebrating its third year in the country with a heartfelt gesture to drivers nationwide through The Great Wash for Malaysia — a community-focused initiative designed to give back to those who have supported the brand since its Malaysian debut.
Held from 28 to 30 November at Carpark 3, Plaza Arkadia, Desa ParkCity, the event runs daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering up to 100 complimentary car washes per day. Every participant also receives a Touch ’n Go RFID tag, complete with on-the-spot installation for added convenience.
The Great Wash for Malaysia isn’t crafted as a flashy spectacle. Instead, it’s a straightforward, sincere activation anchored in gratitude. GWM intentionally kept the experience clean and uncomplicated to reflect the brand’s “user-first” commitment.
“The act of washing a car may seem small, but it carries emotional weight,” shared Mr. Cui Anqi, Managing Director of GWM Malaysia. “It represents care, connection and appreciation — values that mirror our relationship with Malaysian drivers over the past three years.”
According to GWM, the initiative symbolises renewal and readiness for the journey ahead, much like how the brand continues to prepare itself for new milestones in Malaysia.
Enhancing the experience further, Touch ’n Go has joined the initiative as the official event partner, reinforcing both brands’ shared goal of seamless and convenient mobility.
