Proton has announced the launch of its 2025 Flood Relief Program, a nationwide initiative aimed at assisting vehicle owners affected by the recent floods across Malaysia. Running from 26 November 2025 until 31 May 2026, the program is accessible at all Proton Authorised Service Centres and Body & Paint (B&P) outlets.
Under this program, customers with the Proton Insurance Programme (PIP) will benefit from significant discounts, including:
- 50% off selected parts for Persona, Iriz, Exora, and Saga (PIES) models
- 25% off selected parts for X models and the S70
- 25% off labour for all models
For customers without PIP, the program still offers support through:
- 30% off selected parts for PIES models
- 15% off selected parts for X models and the S70
- 25% off labour for all models

“Flood damage is disruptive and often unexpected, and many owners need fast, reliable support to get their vehicles back on the road. The 2025 Flood Relief Program is designed to give immediate financial relief and professional assistance, ensuring our customers have a clear, dependable pathway to repair their cars during this monsoon season,” said Dato’ Abdul Rashid Musa, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Proton.
Affected customers are encouraged to visit the nearest authorised Proton service centre once it is safe to do so. Trained technicians will conduct inspections and provide repair recommendations in line with the program’s structure.
