Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, in collaboration with NZ Wheels, has marked a major milestone with the unveiling of the world’s largest Stars@Mercedes-Benz showroom in Bangsar. Combining the iconic Stars@Mercedes-Benz concept with the brand’s latest retail innovations, this showroom is the first of its kind globally.

Spanning 1,800 square meters, the Bangsar showroom showcases the most exclusive models from Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Maybach, and the iconic G-Class. Designed as a Top-End Vehicle (TEV) showroom, it emphasizes exclusivity and personalization, with dedicated sales experts trained for each luxury brand to deliver a bespoke experience.

The two-floor showroom, built with an RM5 million investment by NZ Wheels, features expansive display areas, private customer rooms, lifestyle-focused amenities, and interactive digital interfaces. Located strategically in Bangsar, it caters to Kuala Lumpur’s high-net-worth clientele, offering a refined environment where sophistication meets comfort.

The ground floor is equipped with modular wall systems and brand-specific design elements, allowing the showroom to transform into distinct brand worlds in just 30 minutes. Highlighted by the MANUFAKTUR area, customers can explore bespoke vehicle customizations, reflecting the meticulous craftsmanship Mercedes-Benz is known for. Large digital screens further immerse visitors in high-quality audiovisual experiences, bringing each brand’s character to life.

A café-style lounge and exclusive engagement rooms provide relaxed spaces for casual interactions or personalized consultations, enhancing the holistic customer journey.

On the first floor, the showroom integrates Mercedes-Benz’s latest retail brand presence, featuring flexible interactive product displays, seamless digital engagement, and the AMG Performance Center for an authentic taste of Mercedes-AMG’s performance-driven experience.

The facility incorporates a 50 kW DC fast charger and a streamlined digital handover area to enrich vehicle delivery. A 2S service center in Jalan Genting Klang/Setapak is expected to open in Q2 2026, complementing the Bangsar showroom.

NZ Wheels’ network now spans four locations—Klang, Johor Bahru, Setapak, and Bangsar—with a total investment of RM20 million dedicated to elevating luxury automotive experiences nationwide.
