Bermaz Xpeng Sdn Bhd has officially introduced the New XPENG G6 Ultra Smart Coupe SUV, marking a new chapter in the brand’s push to deliver advanced electric mobility with artificial intelligence at its core. First previewed locally in August 2024, the latest G6 comes with comprehensive upgrades in design, technology, and performance, and is now open for booking with prices starting from RM178,888.00*.

The refreshed G6 showcases sleek aerodynamics and modern aesthetics, featuring a full-width Starlight Wing LED light bar, a reworked rear diffuser, body-coloured wheel arches, and a distinctive new “Ducktail” design for improved stability.

Inside, the cabin has been completely reimagined with premium materials and futuristic styling. The new Super Star-Ring Interior Design introduces a minimalist dashboard, ambient lighting, and a capacitive steering wheel. Enhanced connectivity and a seamless smart cockpit elevate the driving experience, while class-leading comfort includes massaging, heated, and ventilated front seats, a panoramic star sunroof, and reclining rear seats that mimic the comfort of a sofa.

Built on XPENG’s SEPA 2.0 platform with next-generation 800V SiC architecture, the G6 debuts the world’s first 5C LFP battery system. This innovation allows the SUV to recharge from 10% to 80% in just 12 minutes, making it the fastest-charging EV in its segment, while still achieving up to 525 km of range on a single charge.

By using lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries free of cobalt and nickel, XPENG has also prioritized sustainability, ensuring both durability and environmental responsibility.

The G6 comes equipped with XPENG’s upgraded intelligent driving suite, combining high-performance chips and improved sensors to deliver clearer perception and greater control. Features include adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, and automated parking.

Battery safety is another highlight, with its pack designed to withstand extreme heat up to 1,000°C and side pressure up to 80 tonnes. With a 30% longer lifespan, the system meets some of the highest safety benchmarks in the industry.

Malaysian buyers can choose from five exterior colours — Arctic White, Graphite Gray, Midnight Black, Silver Frost, and Stellar Purple — with two interior themes in Dark Gray and Light Gray. A special Black Edition, exclusive to the AWD Performance variant, adds 20-inch gloss black alloys, black brake calipers, and a sportier all-black styling package.
