Malaysia is set to roar with excitement as the SUPER GT Malaysia Festival 2025 makes its triumphant return to the Petronas Sepang International Circuit from 26–28 June, after a 12-year hiatus. This high-octane motorsport extravaganza promises far more than racing thrills—fans will have the once-in-a-lifetime chance to win a brand-new Toyota GR Supra worth RM650,000 in an exclusive lucky draw.
The giveaway, presented by HARO Sports & Entertainment, the official rights holder and promoter of the Malaysian leg of the AUTOBACS SUPER GT Series, is made possible through a strategic collaboration with Mastercard, the official Payment and Experience Partner.
To be eligible for the draw, fans must purchase selected ticket tiers using a Mastercard from 1 to 28 June. Eligible tickets include:
- Main Grandstand (RM250)
- GT Suite (RM350)
- GT Live! Rock Zone (RM500)
- GT Club Paddock (RM2,000)
- Experience, Ultimate, and Dream Packages (starting at RM5,000)
Please note: K1 Grandstand ticket holders are not eligible for the lucky draw. The winner will be announced live on stage at the GT Live! Concert following the main race, making the suspense and excitement even more electrifying.
According to Fahrizal Hasan, Managing Partner of HARO Sports & Entertainment, “The lucky draw prize of a GR Supra is a once-in-a-lifetime offer to welcome the return of SUPER GT to Malaysia… made possible with partners such as Mastercard.”
But the SUPER GT Malaysia Festival is not just about motorsport. It’s a full-blown celebration of speed, sound, and culture. Race-day tickets double as all-access passes to a Japanese cultural showcase, automotive exhibitions, JDM car gatherings, fan zones, racing simulators, and the GT Live! Concert—making it one of the most immersive motorsport festivals in Southeast Asia.
Headlining the GT Live! concert are viral Indonesian trio TNJ (Tenxi, Naykilla & Jemsii), performing their TikTok-famous hit “Garam & Madu (Sakit Dadaku).” Joining them are Japanese-Malaysian pop fusion girl group KLP48, and local artists FAREEDpf K-CLIQUE, Sabhi Saddi, and Kaka Azraff.
Toyota GAZOO Racing Malaysia and UMW Toyota Motor have stepped up as Title Sponsors, reinforcing Toyota’s footprint in both professional and grassroots motorsports. Spectators can look forward to Round 2 of the Toyota GAZOO Racing Vios Challenge Season 8, a fiercely competitive one-make series where talent—not tech—wins the day.
Adding to the action is the debut of the GR86 Cup Malaysia Series, supported by Bridgestone as Official Tyre Supplier. This support race, featuring Toyota’s latest GR86 sports coupe, will run two 10-lap races over the weekend, with more rounds to follow later in the year.
In the main event—the GT500 and GT300 classes of the AUTOBACS SUPER GT Series—Malaysia’s own Jazeman Jaafar and Adrian D’Silva will lead the national charge in the GT300 category. Jazeman, paired with Chinese-American driver Kerong Li, expressed his pride in finally debuting in the prestigious series, after initial plans in 2020 were shelved. “I truly believe we have what it takes to be competitive,” he said.
Meanwhile, fans of Japanese football will be thrilled by the Japan Football Association’s (JFA) presence at the event. The JFA will run a booth selling official SAMURAI BLUE merchandise—from replica kits to Japanese happi coats—aimed at building closer ties with regional football fans.
The SUPER GT Malaysia Festival 2025 also supports national tourism efforts, serving as a highlight for Visit Selangor 2025 and Visit Malaysia Year 2026, and is officially endorsed by Tourism Malaysia and Tourism Selangor.
