Located in the bustling heart of Petaling Jaya’s business district, the state-of-the-art facility sets a new benchmark in precision repairs and craftsmanship, further solidifying BMW Group Malaysia’s commitment to premium ownership and customer care.
The new centre is a flagship representation of BMW Group Malaysia’s holistic “Relax. We Care.” initiative — a customer-centric approach designed to elevate the aftersales experience through proactive service, advanced technology, and end-to-end convenience. It integrates core pillars such as BMW Service Promise, BMW Proactive Care, and BMW ConnectedDrive, all seamlessly accessible via the My BMW App, offering real-time diagnostics, expert assistance, and hassle-free appointment scheduling.
With the BMW Service & Repair Inclusive (BSRI) programme, customers enjoy up to six years of comprehensive maintenance coverage and eight years of high-voltage battery warranty for electric vehicles. Coupled with 24/7 BMW Roadside Assistance, this suite of services ensures drivers are supported in every situation.

The Quill Body & Paint Centre is a 15,625-square-foot workshop backed by 6,397 square feet of office space. It features 10 dedicated repair bays, 2 cutting-edge spray booths, 4 prep bays, and a Mixing Room for precision detailing. A high-tech Car-O-Liner frame alignment system provides real-time, manufacturer-grade diagnostics. The facility is manned by 11 trained specialists who utilize BMW-certified tools and techniques to deliver everything from minor cosmetic repairs to advanced structural restoration.

To mark the launch, Quill Automobiles hosted technical workshops for key partners, led by a BMW Technical & EV Expert Training Manager, offering insight into EV servicing, structural diagnostics, and the intricacies of colour-matching technology.
The Quill Body & Paint Centre operates from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays and 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays and public holidays. It is located at Lot 12, Jalan 51A/241, Seksyen 51a, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
