From 21 to 25 May 2025, Porsche Malaysia is setting the heart of Bangsar abuzz with automotive excitement. Bringing together high-performance engineering, racing heritage, and cutting-edge digital experiences, Porsche’s latest showcase at Bangsar Shopping Centre is more than an exhibition — it’s a celebration of speed, legacy, and lifestyle.
For enthusiasts looking to rediscover the thrill of Porsche ownership, the event offers a unique opportunity to explore a handpicked range of Porsche Approved Pre-Owned Cars. These meticulously inspected vehicles have passed a rigorous 111-point check conducted by Porsche-certified technicians. Each car is backed by a 12-month warranty and equipped exclusively with Porsche Genuine Parts, guaranteeing the same precision and driving excitement that the brand is known for — whether you’re behind the wheel of a sleek coupe, a commanding SUV, or a groundbreaking electric model.
Stealing the spotlight is the awe-inspiring Porsche 963 — a modern marvel inspired by legends like the Porsche 956 and 962. This Le Mans Daytona hybrid (LMDh) racer has made its mark in world-class endurance events including the 24 Hours of Le Mans and Daytona, and now stands proudly on display for Malaysian fans to admire up close.
The 963’s engineering is a masterclass in performance. With a 4.6-litre twin-turbo V8 engine derived from the Porsche 918 Spyder, supplemented by a sophisticated hybrid system developed in collaboration with Bosch and Williams Advanced Engineering, the car produces a staggering 670 horsepower. Wrapped in an aerodynamic, lightweight 2,200-pound frame and equipped with a pneumatic seven-speed transmission and pushrod suspension, it is a living testament to Porsche’s relentless pursuit of racing perfection.
Extending its motorsport DNA into the digital arena, Porsche is also accelerating its investment in esports through the Porsche Esports Sprint Challenge Malaysia (PESCM). Held in conjunction with the event, this sim racing competition showcases young, passionate talents — some as young as 10 — as they steer their way through intense rounds of virtual racing.
After weeks of preparation and competitive heats, the top 10 sim racers from each Porsche Centre have advanced to the penultimate stage — Qualifying 3 — which takes place on 24 and 25 May at Bangsar Shopping Centre. The finalists will then race during the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia weekend at Sepang International Circuit, inching one step closer to their motorsport dreams.
Complementing the automotive spectacle is the Porsche Lifestyle booth, where fans can indulge in exclusive merchandise and limited-time promotions. Whether you’re a die-hard motorsport aficionado or a casual admirer of luxury performance, this event offers an immersive Porsche experience like no other.
