With a commitment to accessibility and customer convenience, Auto ConneXion accelerated its network expansion with the opening of nine new showrooms and upgraded facilities across Malaysia. Noteworthy additions include the expansive 3S showroom in Penang—the largest of its kind—along with upgraded locations in Seremban, Kuala Terengganu, Klang, Kuala Lumpur, and Sibu, each refreshed to Ford Signature standards.
In East Malaysia, Auto ConneXion responded to regional needs with dedicated 2S service-only centres in Kapit and Mukah, reinforcing its commitment to after-sales service in underserved areas.
Looking ahead to 2025, the brand is set to open two new 3S centres in Johor and Kuala Lumpur, while upgrading existing facilities such as ALV Auto World and Trio Mantap Kajang. Enhancing its customer engagement, Auto ConneXion rolled out the Ford Guest Experience digital platform across key locations including Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Kuching, and Penang.
