Ford Expands Presence in Penang with Its Largest 3S Showroom

Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford (Auto ConneXion) has officially launched its newest Ford 3S showroom in Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang. With an investment of RM16.6 million, this state-of-the-art facility stands as Auto ConneXion’s largest 3S showroom in Penang, reinforcing its commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience to Ford enthusiasts in Malaysia.

Spanning 46,000 square feet, the showroom is designed to provide seamless service, comfort, and efficiency. Customers are welcomed by a dedicated concierge and can enjoy a modern, customer-centric environment that streamlines everything from vehicle inquiries to aftersales service. Ford’s Digital Sales Tools enhance the buying experience, ensuring a smooth and interactive process. A team of 38 highly trained sales and service consultants is on hand to deliver top-tier assistance in line with Ford’s global standards.

Designed according to Ford’s Signature identity, the showroom features six display vehicles and a dedicated vehicle delivery room to elevate the Ford ownership experience. With 16 service bays and an extensive spare parts centre, the facility is well-equipped to handle a range of maintenance and repair needs, further strengthening Auto ConneXion’s service network in the Northern region.

Located at Lot 6984, Jalan Baru, Mukim 1, 13700 Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang, the showroom operates from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sundays and public holidays. Aftersales services are available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Saturdays.

Additionally, within seven kilometers of the showroom, a new 28,000-square-foot Body & Paint Centre offers comprehensive services, including body repairs, spray painting, windscreen replacement, and polishing. Equipped with five mechanical service bays, it has the capacity to handle up to 20 vehicles per month for body repairs. Customers can schedule an appointment by calling 019-3302536.
