Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has launched its annual Volkswagen Cares initiative, providing support for Volkswagen owners impacted by recent floods across the country. The initiative includes several customer-focused benefits to ease the financial and logistical burden of restoring flood-damaged vehicles.
From 1 October 2024 to 31 March 2025, Volkswagen owners can take advantage of a 30% discount on genuine parts at all authorised Volkswagen service centres nationwide. To further assist affected customers, VPCM is offering a complimentary vehicle inspection, enabling owners to understand the extent of flood damage and receive expert repair recommendations.
To make repairs more affordable, VPCM has introduced an interest-free instalment payment plan. Customers can spread their repair costs over six or twelve months at 0% interest, making it easier to restore their vehicles to peak condition.
As part of the initiative, VPCM highlights the importance of safety and reliability, guaranteeing the use of genuine Volkswagen parts and expert repair services to ensure vehicle longevity and customer peace of mind.
Volkswagen owners are encouraged to download the Volkswagen Cares App—available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store—to redeem their flood relief support vouchers, book inspections, and explore a variety of ownership benefits. The app serves as a one-stop platform for convenient service booking and accessing exclusive perks.
