Tesla has officially launched a state-of-the-art service center in Masai, Johor, featuring a dedicated Body & Paint workshop. This new facility enhances Tesla’s after-sales services in Malaysia, complementing the recent opening of the Tesla Experience Center at TFS (Third Floor South) in The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey. Together, these locations provide comprehensive support for the growing Tesla community in Malaysia’s southern region.
To accelerate the country’s transition to electric vehicles (EVs) and sustainable energy, Tesla has introduced an EV Switcher Program, a limited-time initiative offering a RM10,000 incentive for owners of traditional internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles to make the switch to Tesla’s EV lineup. New customers who use a referral code from an existing Tesla owner can also receive an additional RM2,100 discount on their purchase.
In response to rising demand, Tesla is also working to expand its charging infrastructure across Malaysia, with additional stations expected in the fourth quarter of 2024. Currently, Tesla’s Malaysian network includes 12 Supercharging stations with 56 chargers and 14 Destination Charging stations with 72 chargers, ensuring diverse and convenient charging options across the country.
