In support of Movember and International Men’s Day on November 19, Renault invites men and their families to a special event dedicated to men’s health at the Renault Petaling Jaya showroom this weekend.
The event, titled ‘Celebrating Movember with Health, Cars, and Great Deals’, will be held on November 16 and 17, from 10 am to 5 pm, at the Renault Petaling Jaya showroom along Jalan Kemajuan in Seksyen 13.
Movember, a global campaign held throughout November, raises awareness for important men’s health issues, such as prostate and testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. The initiative encourages men to take charge of their health through regular check-ups and maintaining both mental and physical well-being.
During the weekend event, attendees can benefit from free basic health screenings offered by MiCare and Beacon Hospital on Saturday, November 16, from 10 am to 3 pm. These screenings include blood pressure checks, an InBody BMI & BCA obesity screening with consultations, blood glucose testing, and an optional blood cholesterol test available for just RM10. These screenings serve as an important reminder for men to stay on top of their health this Movember.
The event also features a range of Renault cars, including the Renault Captur, Koleos, Zoe, and Megane R.S. Test drives will be available, accompanied by exclusive on-the-spot offers. Participants will receive a custom-printed Movember Renault T-shirt, and light refreshments will be provided. Families are invited to join the fun with a kids’ colouring contest on Sunday, November 17, from 11 am to 12 pm, with exciting prizes for different age groups.
