At the highly anticipated Auto Car Expo (ACE) 2024, PRO-NET has revealed the interior of the Proton e.MAS 7 and opened bookings for Malaysia’s first national electric vehicle. The event, held at the Setia City Convention Centre, marks a major milestone for the country’s automotive industry. This launch follows the successful first leg of the e.MAS 7 tour, which has already covered over 3,200 kilometers.
PRO-NET has introduced the Proton e.MAS 7 at an estimated price of RM 120,000, aiming to make cutting-edge electric vehicle (EV) technology more accessible to Malaysians. To entice early buyers, the company is offering a Pioneer Privilege Deal that includes a RM 500 rebate and a Pioneer Gift Pack valued at RM 1,000. This exclusive early bird promotion will be available from October 26 until the official launch date. 
The launch also includes the debut of the e.MAS App, a multifunctional platform designed to enhance the EV ownership experience. The app simplifies various tasks, such as vehicle bookings, service scheduling, and access to Malaysia’s growing EV charging network, which will be rolled out in phases. 
The Proton e.MAS 7 impresses with its sleek exterior and advanced features. It sports 19-inch aerodynamic alloy wheels, hidden door handles, and full-length 3D LED taillights, balancing style and functionality. Performance is key with a powerful 12-in-1 electric motor delivering 160kW of power and 320 Nm of torque, enabling the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.9 seconds. 
Safety features are also a top priority, as the Proton e.MAS 7 is equipped with the highly rated Aegis Short Blade Battery and Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), offering enhanced protection and driving confidence. 
Inside, the e.MAS 7 offers both practicality and connectivity. The spacious cabin, supported by a 2,750mm wheelbase, provides ample legroom and smart storage solutions. Additionally, the Flyme Sound System with 16 speakers delivers an immersive audio experience, perfect for music enthusiasts. 
As excitement builds for the Proton e.MAS 7, the vehicle will continue its tour across Malaysia, with the next stops focused on Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. Visitors are invited to experience the EV firsthand at ACE 2024 on October 26 and 27 at the Setia City Convention Centre.
