MINI Malaysia has announced the launch of the MINI Impact Program by URBAN-X, expanding its mission to support pioneering urban technology startups in Malaysia. After successful pilot initiatives in various countries worldwide, URBAN-X is now inviting Malaysian startups to submit applications for innovative, sustainable solutions that tackle the most critical urban challenges.
The MINI Impact Program is an intensive, four-week initiative designed to empower startups focusing on climate technology and transformative urban solutions. Participants will engage remotely for three weeks, followed by a final week at URBAN-X headquarters in New York City. Launched in 2022, this global program has already succeeded across Europe, America, Africa, and Asia and is further expanding in 2024 to include Malaysia, the Netherlands, Japan, the UK, India, Mexico, and Italy.
Selected Malaysian startups will receive tailored support from URBAN-X, including access to world-class engineering and design expertise, venture capital from JVP, and a global network of investors, policymakers, and industry leaders. This comprehensive guidance will help participants refine and scale their innovations to drive meaningful change in urban environments.
