Mercedes-Benz recently added another model to their C-class line up, which is the high performance Mercedes-AMG C 43 4MATIC. The Mercedes-AMG C 43 4MATIC, is powered by the innovative AMG 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine, designated the M139l (longitudinal installation). This engine stands out as the world’s first series-production engine equipped with an electric exhaust gas turbocharger, a technology derived from the successful Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team. This turbocharging system ensures a swift response across the entire rev range, enhancing both performance and efficiency.
Key features contributing to the C 43 4MATIC’s dynamic driving experience include rear axle steering, AMG Performance 4MATIC all-wheel drive with rear-biased torque distribution, AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 9G transmission with a wet start-off clutch, and DYNAMIC BODY CONTROL suspension with Adaptive Damping System. The exterior and interior design elements emphasize the vehicle’s performance-oriented nature, with brand-specific equipment such as 5-twin-spoke 19-inch AMG light-alloy wheels, the latest-generation MBUX infotainment system, AMG-specific displays, AMG seats, and the AMG Performance steering wheel in Nappa leather with AMG steering wheel buttons. 
The C 43 4MATIC’s 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine produces a rated output of 300 kW (408 hp) at 6750 rpm and a maximum torque of 500 Nm at 5000 rpm. An additional temporary boost of 10 kW (14 hp) is available through the belt-driven starter generator (RSG), which acts as a mild hybrid and enhances efficiency through functions such as gliding and recuperation. The vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.6 seconds and has an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h. The AMG sports braking system ensures exceptional deceleration and control, with ventilated and perforated brake discs fitted on both axles.
The AMG exhaust system offers a sporty engine sound, adjustable based on the selected drive program, providing a range of acoustic experiences from balanced to sporty. The exterior features AMG-specific details such as the radiator grille with vertical chrome struts, an AMG front apron, side sill panels, a diffuser-look rear apron, and round twin-tailpipe trim elements. A panoramic sliding sunroof and DIGITAL LIGHT technology further enhance the driving experience. 
Inside, the AMG C 43 4MATIC is equipped with AMG seats featuring ARTICO man-made leather and MICROCUT microfiber upholstery with red contrasting stitching, as well as an AMG Performance steering wheel. The instrument panel and beltlines are upholstered in ARTICO man-made leather with red topstitching. The 12.3-inch driver display and 11.9-inch central display house the MBUX infotainment system, which includes AMG-specific displays and functions, AMG TRACK PACE data logger, MBUX augmented reality for navigation, hard-disc navigation, fingerprint scanner, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and ambient lighting. 
Safety features include the Driving Assistance Package Plus with Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC, Active Parking Assist with PARKTRONIC, and Active Lane Keeping Assist. Additional features are the Parking Package with 360-degree camera and GUARD 360° Vehicle protection.
