Harmony Auto recently opened its first BYD outlet at the Hartamas Shopping Centre. The new BYD outlet spans approximately 8,000 square feet and features a variety of facilities designed to elevate the customer experience. These include a spacious car display area, a luxurious customer lounge, dedicated discussion rooms, and a delivery area. Additionally, the after-sales reception area, which blends modern design with personalized service, is conveniently accessible from the mall’s parking lot.
For BYD owners, the outlet provides six parking spaces equipped with four charging stations. The carefully planned layout ensures both convenience and accessibility for customers while reflecting BYD’s dedication to sustainable mobility solutions. Currently, the available BYD models in Malaysia include the BYD Atto 3, BYD Dolphin, and BYD Seal.
Harmony Auto’s BYD outlet will also feature a Service and Spare Parts Centre, set to be operational by Q4 this year. Once fully functional, this will be the first 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) centre located within a shopping mall. Future plans involve further cooperation between the two parties, aiming to open more BYD dealerships in Malaysia and promote the growth of the Malaysian new energy vehicle market.
During the opening ceremony, Harmony Auto handed over 10 BYD units to its customers, fulfilling its promise of immediate car delivery. This gesture, which received positive feedback from customers, not only highlighted the quality of BYD vehicles but also demonstrated BYD’s confidence in the Malaysian market and its swift response to consumer demand.
