Malaysians can now take advantage of Carro’s first 4S Centre, an integrated, state-of-the-art facility offering Sales, Service, Spare Parts Supplies, and Body & Paint Servicing, located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This comprehensive service model leverages Carro’s proprietary technology, AI capabilities, and certified experts to enhance the car ownership experience.
The 4S Centre officially opened to the public on June 15, 2024, with Malaysia’s Transport Minister Anthony Loke inaugurating the facility with a private visit on the same day.
Spanning 43,000 square feet over two storeys, the one-stop hub features a retail showroom that can display up to six vehicles, spacious customer lounges, and a sales office. Customers can also pick up and photograph their Carro Certified vehicles at the facility’s official delivery bays.
The 4S Centre also houses Carro Care, the company’s comprehensive after-sales service business. Supported by Carro’s technology and Jardine Cycle and Carriage’s technical expertise, Carro Care manages all after-sales and servicing procedures, including high-quality bodywork and paint restoration services. These services are overseen by Junpei Yamamoto, Carro Care’s Head of Body and Paint Services.
With eight servicing bays and a dedicated spray paint booth, the 4S Centre is equipped to service 250-300 cars monthly and handle up to 50 body and paint jobs. The facility welcomes both Carro Certified and non-Certified car owners for service and refurbishment.
In addition to the new 4S Centre, Carro operates 10 Retail Experience Centres, 27 Inspection Centres, 5 Service Centres, and 2 Refurbishment Centres across Malaysia. The new Carro 4S Centre is located at 340, Jln Haruan 2, Oakland Industrial Park, 70300 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
