MINI Malaysia finally adds three new additions to its premium compact lineup: the All-Electric MINI Countryman SE ALL4, the MINI John Cooper Works (JCW) Countryman ALL4, and the MINI Cooper S. These models will make their debut at the Malaysia Autoshow 2024.
The New MINI Countryman SE ALL4 stands taller and more spacious, providing exceptional comfort, advanced digital features, and the versatile ALL4 All-Wheel Drive. This model is designed for a variety of adventures, whether urban, rural, or off-road. The MINI Cooper S, on the other hand, highlights compact dimensions with maximum interior space, featuring the first-ever all-digital circular MINI OLED Display for an enhanced driving experience. 
The MINI Countryman has grown in size, now taller by six centimeters and longer by thirteen centimeters. It features wider wheel arches, a modern design, and a striking new octagonal grille. The adaptive LED headlights and intricate detailing add to its distinct character, while a compact radar sensor enhances driver assistance systems. The refined exterior includes defined surfaces, a wraparound black band, and a seamlessly integrated roof. 
Distinct trims set apart the new model variants. The MINI Countryman SE ALL4 features the Favoured Trim with roof and mirror caps in Piano Black or Vibrant Silver, and 20-inch Windmill Spoke wheels. The MINI JCW Countryman ALL4 boasts the JCW Trim with red roof and mirror caps, 20-inch JCW Flag Spoke wheels, and JCW Performance Brakes. 
Inside, the MINI Countryman creates a warm atmosphere with its use of recycled materials, such as a two-tone polyester fabric for the dashboard and door cladding. The dashboard offers a broad view, and driving information is displayed on a MINI head-up display. The interior design emphasizes spaciousness with adjustable backrests and a wide central armrest.
Standard features include an anti-dazzle rear-view mirror, electrically adjustable front seats with memory and massage functions, and a Harman Kardon 12-speaker sound system. The MINI JCW Countryman ALL4 also includes adjustable rear seats. The interior trim for the Countryman SE ALL4 features knitted fabric with a houndstooth pattern, while the JCW Countryman ALL4 sports JCW-specific patterns and perforated Vescin seats. 
The MINI Countryman SE ALL4 offers 460 liters of luggage space, expandable to 1,350 liters, while the JCW variant provides 505 liters, expandable to 1,530 liters. The MINI Countryman combines electric mobility with environmental sustainability, using secondary aluminum for its wheels and recycled polyester for interior surfaces. 
The driving experience is enhanced by a finely tuned damping system, an adaptive chassis, and increased tyre and wheel width, providing the signature MINI go-kart feeling. The MINI Countryman SE ALL4 delivers 313 hp, a 0-100 km/h sprint in 5.6 seconds, and an electric range of up to 432 km. The MINI JCW Countryman ALL4 offers 300 hp and a 0-100 km/h sprint in 5.4 seconds.
Both models come with advanced driver assistance systems, including Driving Assistant and Parking Assistant Plus. Additional features like Active Cruise Control and Remote Parking Function are also available.
The MINI Cooper S, with its classic compact design, features a new front with flush surfaces and an octagonal grille. The interior includes a round OLED Display, toggle bar, and two-tone textile dashboard. The 2.0-liter engine delivers 204 hp, allowing a 0-100 km/h sprint in 6.6 seconds. The Cooper S also offers various driving assistance systems and enhanced driving dynamics.
All three new MINI models feature the revolutionary MINI Interaction Unit with a high-resolution OLED display and MINI Operating System 9. The MINI Connected Package provides access to apps, while the MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant allows voice-controlled navigation and vehicle functions. The MINI Digital Key Plus enables convenient access and car sharing.
The new models come in vibrant color options, with the Countryman SE ALL4 available in Smokey Green, Legend Grey, and more, while the JCW Countryman offers sporty colors like Midnight Black. The MINI Cooper S is available in Ocean Wave Green, Chili Red, and others. The MINI Countryman SE ALL 4 is estimated at RM 260,000, the MINI JCW Countryman ALL4 is estimated at RM 399,000, and the new MINI Cooper S is estimated at RM 280,000.
