Lotus Cars is enhancing its presence in Malaysia with the inauguration of its inaugural Lotus Store at Pavilion Damansara Heights, a move that underlines the marque’s commitment to the Malaysian market.
Situated in Kuala Lumpur, the 173.58 m² Lotus Store has opened its doors just 10 months following the successful launch of the all-electric Hyper-SUV, Lotus Eletre, in April of the preceding year. The Eletre has garnered significant acclaim in Malaysia, with 50 cars already delivered as of this month and an additional 200 set to arrive soon.
Embodying Lotus’s new international corporate identity, the Lotus Store showcases two of the brand’s latest offerings in Malaysia: the Eletre and the Emira sports car. Additionally, customers have access to a configurator room where they can personalize and accessorize their vehicles to their liking. A dedicated wing is also available for exclusive Lotus merchandise and apparel, complemented by a well-appointed lounge area for a comfortable browsing experience.
The highlight of the Lotus Store is the configurator, which empowers customers to customize every detail of their vehicles, from exterior aesthetics to interior features and additional driving aids.
Operating daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, the Lotus Store, located on the 1st floor at Lot 1.47.02, features an 8.4 sqm high-resolution LED screen for engaging displays, welcoming customers as they enter.
The Pavilion Damansara Heights location serves as a prelude to the opening of Lotus Cars Malaysia’s flagship showroom in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, slated for Q2 2024. The brand is also planning to expand its footprint in the Northern and Southern regions while introducing a Lotus Mobile Service Solution to enhance customer convenience.
