This initiative marks a pivotal step in Stellantis’ strategic transition, empowering Stellantis Malaysia to oversee sales distribution and elevate the ownership experience for its esteemed customers while ensuring uninterrupted customer support.

The newly established call center will serve as a centralized hub for addressing both sales and aftersales inquiries, providing seamless assistance and promptly resolving any grievances.
