Bermaz Auto Alliance (BAA) has officially announced the cessation of its business operations, effective February 29, 2024, marking the conclusion of its three-year tenure dedicated to managing the distribution, sales, and aftersales services for Peugeot vehicles in Malaysia, along with serving as the authorized repairer for Citroen & DS models. This decision follows the announcement made on November 22, 2023, by Stellantis N.V to handle its brands directly in the Malaysian market through its national sales company.
With the conclusion of its operations, BAA regrets to inform its Peugeot customers that it will no longer be able to provide the intended services. The company expresses heartfelt gratitude to all customers for their unwavering support and confidence in the sales and aftersales services provided by BAA over the years.
It is important to note that BAA has reached an agreement to transfer the contractual Free Service Maintenance (FSM) program entirely to Stellantis N.V. Consequently, all future FSM services will be conducted through Stellantis N.V’s appointed network.
