This comprised 10,020 units for Toyota and 243 units for Lexus. The cumulative year-to-date sales as of November 2023 reached 97,705 units, demonstrating a significant 7.8% year-on-year increase compared to the same period last year when it stood at 90,595 units.

In a strategic move aimed at enhancing customer service and accessibility, UMWT inaugurated two significant additions to its dealer network in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The first involved the official opening and relocation of a 1S outlet in Putatan, Kota Kinabalu. This new location, designed for improved customer service, ensures enhanced convenience and efficiency in sales and service offerings. Harapan Menang Sdn Bhd, the UMWT dealer since 2003, continues to play a crucial role in delivering unparalleled customer experiences.

Simultaneously, UMWT introduced a new 3S outlet expansion in Penampang, Sabah, operated by Armada KK Automobile Sdn. Bhd. With 18 service bays, this expansion promises faster and more efficient service, aligning with UMWT’s commitment to a customer-first policy. Newport Laparojkit achieved the second hole-in-one of the Toyota Tour Championship.
