The center supports Over-the-air (OTA) remote diagnosis and a 24/7 owner hotline, enabling owners to schedule appointments conveniently through the Tesla mobile app. 
To further enhance the driving experience, Tesla Malaysia has introduced Premium Connectivity for Tesla owners. Priced at RM35.99 per month, this subscription provides access to data-dependent features such as streaming music, media, and live traffic visualization. Additionally, Tesla encourages owners to join the official Tesla Owners Club Malaysia, unlocking privileges with various Tesla partners and fostering connections within the rapidly growing Tesla community.
