Visitors can immerse themselves in a premium retail experience within the customer lounge, characterized by Scandinavian design principles—clean lines that reflect minimalism and functionality without compromising beauty. 
For service-related needs, Volvo SISMA Auto Sungai Besi is equipped with cutting-edge Volvo computer diagnostic equipment, specialized tools, and advanced wheel alignment and balancing facilities. The expert Volvo-trained team is prepared to address service requirements for all Volvo models, including combustion engine, hybrids, and electric vehicles. Additionally, the facility boasts a high-capacity 120kW DC charger for public use.
