Proton has recently broadened its product range with the introduction of the Proton S70, a sleek sedan designed to captivate young buyers seeking an alternative to SUVs in Malaysia. The S70, available in four distinct variants – 1.5T Executive, 1.5T Premium, 1.5T Flagship, and 1.5T Flagship X – offers a price range from RM 73,800 to RM 94,800.
Under the hood, all four variants share the same 1.5L turbocharged engine, generating 150 PS and 226 Nm of torque. The multi-point injection (MPI) engine, coupled with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, ensures competitive pricing. The S70 features MacPherson Strut suspension in the front and Torsion Beam Suspension in the rear. 
Embracing the acronym S-T-Y-L-E, the S70 boasts a range of cutting-edge features. “S” stands for Seamless Connectivity, with a 12.3-inch infotainment screen offering Voice Command, Online Navigation, Online Music Streaming, Weather Forecast, and Smartphone Connectivity. For “Y,” the S70 brings a Youthful Design, blending refinement, sophistication, and exclusivity. LED headlights, 17-inch rims, Sunroof, Rear Tail Light Bar, Full LCD Meter Combination, and the T-Design Shift Lever contribute to its eye-catching exterior. 
“L” stands for Luxurious Comfort, showcasing a comfortable interior with features like Driver Power Seat, Rear Air Vents, Auto Air Conditioning with N95 Cabin Filter, and a Spacious Cabin. Finally, “E” denotes an Exciting Drive, enhanced by the 1.5L turbocharged engine, Drive Mode Selection, Proton Ride and Handling, and Remote Engine Start.
