New Goodyear Assurance MaxGuard Now Available In Malaysian Market

Goodyear Malaysia recently launch a brand new tyre from the Assurance family, the Goodyear Assurance MaxGuard. This new tyres will promise 2-in-1 protection with the ActiveGrip technology and DuraGuard Technology for safer road holding.

Starting with the ActiveGrip Technology, it is design to provide the vehicle with more grip to stop in a faster and safer manner. This technology uses the water-wave shield pattern that helps increase friction and optimised cavity shape increases the contact patch by 10%. On top of that, the new generation of full silica tread compound with 80% more silica combined with a wet booster resin to adapt to different road conditions.

As for the DuraGuard Technology, it is meant to build stronger and tougher tyres that will withstand road impacts. To achieve this, Goodyear engineers use two layers carcass ply with higher cord density and strength and two belts with high tensile steel to make the stronger tyres. Besides that, the Assurance MaxGuard is also design to provide better mileage as well.

In terms of availability. the new Assurance MaxGuard will be available in 18 different sizes with pricing starting from RM 250 to RM 485 per piece. This new tyre is design to suit a wide range of mid-size sedan that include the Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Volkswagen Passat and other popular models in APAC markets.

And when you purchase a brand new Goodyear tyres, customers can register for the Worry Free Assurance (WFA) Warranty. This warranty offers customers a a 1-year road hazard warranty to protect customers against road hazard damage, 2 times free tyre safety checks for additional peace of mind while driving, and 5 years warranty for any manufacturing defects of the purchased tyres.

Starting from now till 30^th November 2023, those customers who purchased either 2pcs or 4pcs of the Assurance MaxGuard will get up to RM40 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit. In order to participate, customer need to:

Step 3: Receive a WhatsApp message from Goodyear Malaysia at 012-998 8410 for Touch ‘n Go verification and reimbursement purpose.

Step 4: Receive your Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit within 14 working days upon successful submission.
