This comprehensive plan offers an array of benefits, including Audi Plus, Audi Insurance Plan, Audi Repair Package, and Beyond Economic Repair Support, all of which contribute to an enhanced customer experience, ensuring peak performance, and maintaining safety standards.
To be eligible for the plan, vehicles purchased from parallel importers must undergo a complimentary and thorough 300-point Audi Condition Check (ACC) at any Audi Centre. Upon completing the evaluation, owners will be enrolled in the Audi Recognition Plan, which comprises the following key components:
- Audi Plus Package: This package extends valuable savings on service, repair, parts, and maintenance for Audi vehicles that are 5 years and older. After enrolling in the program, owners will receive three vouchers, valid for three years, granting them a 10% discount on service maintenance. Additionally, they will enjoy 12 months of Audi Roadside Assistance, commencing from the date of voucher redemption.
- Audi Insurance Plan: Exclusively designed to elevate the ownership experience, the Audi Insurance Plan provides comprehensive coverage. Notable benefits include prioritized claim approval, 12 months of complimentary Audi Roadside Assistance for vehicles older than 5 years, and the assurance that repair work will be conducted at authorized Audi body and paint centers by qualified technicians. These repairs strictly adhere to global Audi repair standards, employing only genuine parts. Partner insurers include Allianz General Insurance Berhad, MSIG Insurance (M) Berhad, Etiqa General Takaful Berhad, and Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad.
- Audi Repair Package: This package offers a generous 30% discount on various items, including brake sets, absorbers sets, bearing sets, and timing belts for vehicles that are 6 years and older.
- Beyond Economic Repair Support: Audi’s commitment to its owners shines through with this special support program, providing a 20% discount on selected parts for vehicles that have sustained severe damage due to untoward incidents. To qualify for this support, Audi vehicles must undergo a thorough assessment by Audi’s trained Body & Paint partners and technicians before any repair work can commence.
Furthermore, Audi is set to launch its upcoming mobile app, designed to provide all Audi owners, including parallel imports, with access to a suite of features that will elevate their entire ownership journey. This app empowers customers with the ability to locate the nearest EV charging station, schedule service appointments, and stay updated with the latest news and information.
