Scheduled for the morning of July 23, 2023, this event will be held at the Likas Complex Area in Kota Kinabalu from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm.
Organized by Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the exclusive distributor of Ford in Malaysia, this event is part of the Ford Ranger Getaways initiative, providing an engaging platform for owners to learn and explore their Rangers or Raptors. The Ranger Training Experience offers a guided session with expert driving instructors, covering both tarmac and off-road scenarios.
Participants will learn valuable tips and tricks on seating and steering methods, discovering handy features they may not have been aware of. They will also have the opportunity to put their 4×4 driving skills to the test on a custom-built obstacle course. Navigating through different terrains, including extreme inclines, muddy tracks, rocky surfaces, and a mixed-drive mode course, participants will be able to fully experience the capabilities of their vehicles. As an added thrill, they will also learn the art of high-speed drifting. At the end of the day, all participants will receive a certificate of completion as recognition of their newly acquired skills.
To register for the Ranger Training Experience, bookings and payments can be made through the Ford Ranger Getaways platform on the SDAC-Ford Malaysia website. Additionally, owners of Next-Generation Rangers who have yet to redeem their 30 percent discount on a Ford Ranger Getaway can utilize their Inner Circle privilege card code for this training experience.
