Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM) has recently opened up orders for the new Hyundai Creta, which will be joining Malaysia’s competitive B-segment SUV market. The car boasts a bold and individual look, with a Parametric Jewel front end that includes LED daytime running lights that are hidden within the grille. At night, the lights combine with bumper-mounted LED projector headlamps to create a stunning and modern visual signature.
The interior features numerous technological features that enhance comfort, convenience, and drivability, including a 10.25-inch TFT LCD cluster and an 8nch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The car also has four selectable drive modes, which highlight the versatility of the Creta’s character. In terms of safety, the Creta has six airbags and an extensive Hyundai SmartSense suite of active safety features that include Forward and Blind Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, and Rear Cross Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist, among others.
All of these features contributed to the car receiving a full five-star New Car Assessment Programme for Southeast Asian Countries (ASEAN NCAP) safety rating.
