GoCar Malaysia, a major on-demand mobility-as-a-service platform, has teamed up with TotalEnergies Marketing Malaysia to launch a new suite of online-to-offline services. As part of the partnership, TotalEnergies’ Quartz Auto Services will be integrated into the GoCar mobile app, allowing customers to book appointments for a range of car maintenance services.

The two companies will also collaborate to offer TotalEnergies’ advanced Quartz lubricants, which have been developed to provide superior engine protection, efficiency and resilience.The partnership will help GoCar and TotalEnergies to expand their customer reach and service networks.

GoCar Garage will use the deal to accelerate its growth and plans to open 200 locations across Malaysia by 2023. GoCar Garage offers a transparent and convenient end-to-end service, enabling customers to book appointments, approve quotes and make payments through the GoCar mobile app. GoCar’s garages are equipped to service a wide range of vehicles, from local and Japanese models to continental and premium brands.

TotalEnergies’ involvement in the partnership reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to drive digitalisation and improve customer engagement. The integration of Quartz Auto Services into the GoCar app will provide a seamless experience for customers, enabling them to access a range of car maintenance services with just a few taps on their mobile device. The partnership will also allow TotalEnergies to leverage GoCar’s expanding network of Garage partners to promote its products and services to a wider audience.
