The prestigious Henry Ford Excellence Award is the highest distinction in Ford’s annual rewards and recognition program. To qualify for the award, distributors must meet several stringent core criteria, including 100 percent achievement of new vehicle sales and parts sales targets and a score of at least 90 percent in sales and service customer satisfaction.

Ford also considers any outstanding customer experience initiatives, which led to SDAC receiving the award for its unique Ford Ranger Getaways initiative. Introduced in 2016, Ford’s annual rewards and recognition program evaluates distributors primarily on their highest level of overall customer satisfaction and performance in categories such as the highest level of sales customer satisfaction, highest level of service customer satisfaction, best new vehicle sales performance, and best parts sales performance.
