BMW iX xDrive50 Sport Has Been Updated For 2023 Model Year

At the start 2023, BMW Malaysia announce that the BMW iX xDrive50 Sport will be updated with different equipment. The updated electric SAV will raise the benchmark in Sheer Driving Pleasure.

On the exterior, the BMW iX xDrive50 Sport will be equipped with 22-inch BMW Individual aerodynamic wheels 1021 multi-colour with a 3D polished buff and 17-inch brake callipers in Blue. The iX xDrive50 Sport will come with exterior mirror package as standard.

Inside, the SAV will also come with the BMW Iconic Sounds Electric that creates a premium immersive atmosphere, demonstrating the immediate connection between sound and vehicle. The iX xDrive50 Sport will also come with the BMW Live Cockpit Professional, and it will be displayed on the curved 12.3-inch instrument display and 14.9-inch central display. The sound inside the vehicle is provided by the Harman Kardon surround sound system.

The BMW iX xDrive50 Sport has a power output of 523hp and a maximum torque of 765 Nm. The iX xDrive50 Sport can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.6 seconds, and to a limited top speed of 200 km/h. The all-electric SAV is powered by an 111.5kWh battery pack, which gives it a WLTP range of 630km on a full charge.

In terms of charging, the iX xDrive50 Sport can be charged from 0 to 80% in 35 minutes with the use of a DC Fast Charger, and 0 to 100% in 10 hours and 45 minutes with an 11kW AC Wallbox Charger. This SAV will also come with the Intelligent Emergency Call, Teleservices, ConnectedDrive Services, Connected Package Professional, BMW Natural Interaction and Active Protection via the high-resolution BMW Live Cockpit Professional.

On top of that, the BMW iX xDrive50 Sport features the Driving Assistant Professional, Parking Assistant and new cruise control with braking function. This SAV will be available in Mineral White, Alpine White Metallic, Black Sapphire Metallic, Sophisto Grey Metallic with Brilliant Effect, Phytonic Blue Metallic, and Blue Ridge Mountain Metallic. Two new colours are also available with an additional charge of RM6,200, namely the Individual Storm Bay Metallic and Aventurine Red Metallic. Inside, owners may choose between Interior Design Atelier in Mocha or Black, or opt for the Interior Design Suite in Amido or Castanea for an additional RM17,300.
