Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia (JLRM) recently won the Retailer of the Year (Asia Pacific) for the 3rd time at the Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Awards 2021/2022. This was in addition to being named the category winner across all three segments, namely Marketing, Customer Service and Sales.

Involving Jaguar Land Rover retailers from 13 countries across the region, the annual awards recognize top-performers for outstanding customer service levels. JLRM has set a new milestone with this third win, in the second consecutive year after clinching the 2020/2021 title. This was preceded by their first win for the 2018/2019 Awards.

The nominees of the Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Awards are evaluated on specific performance criteria across three categories, such as marketing, sales and customer service, staff training and retailer presentation. The award is notable for its international recognition, benchmarking retailers to the highest standards of retail customer experience.
