Perodua has launched a special service package, Perodua Auto Rahmah 2023, for all Axia and Bezza owners to alleviate the impact of rising prices and promote vehicle maintenance and safety in preparation for the upcoming Aidilfitri celebration. This move is in response to the newly launched AUTO RAHMAH Package by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) under the Government’s PAYUNG RAHMAH Programme, which aims to ease the cost of living burden for Malaysians.
The package offers a 30% discount on parts and labor costs and is available from 12 April to 15 May 2023 for those who make an appointment at the nearest Perodua service center. MITI Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Utama Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz praised Perodua’s response to the government’s RAHMAH AUTO Package and hoped that other car brands would follow suit in promoting the safety of car owners during the upcoming Aidilfitri festival season.
Perodua President and CEO Dato’ Sri Zainal Abidin Ahmad noted that the special service discount was specifically for Axia and Bezza customers and aimed to reduce the cost of living while meeting their motoring needs. The move was made with MITI’s support, and Perodua hoped to ensure peace of mind when driving, especially during the long-distance travel typically associated with Aidilfitri.
Dato’ Sri Zainal Abidin Ahmad also highlighted the importance of vehicle ownership costs in Malaysian households and emphasized the need to find ways to lessen the impact of rising prices. He thanked MITI for their support in making the special service discount a reality and wished everyone a blessed Ramadan and a wonderful Hari Raya ahead.
